Emily’s Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

My friend Emily makes this cake for our book club and blogging gatherings – a special request by all. This cake is very moist and keeps well….if there’s any left. Check out Emily’s blog – http://www.16ballsintheair.com/.

1 cup oil
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup water
1 Golden Butter Cake Mix
8 ounces sour cream
chocolate chips – as many as you wish!

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
