She works in a building with a bank on the ground floor. The bank has 4,000 of these cookies made each month to give to their customers. She shared that the bank held a contest for employees to submit cookie recipes and this recipe is the CONTEST WINNER!
2-1/4 cups self rising flour
2 sticks butter melted
3/4 cups white sugar
3/4 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/4 cups milk chocolate chips
1-1/4 cups white chocolate chips
3/4 cups toffee bits or bits ‘o brickle
Mix butter, vanilla, and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and beat. Mix in flour then stir in chips. Drop onto a cookie sheet. Bake 325 for 15-18 min. When the cookie edges are slightly brown, they are done!
