One of my favorite cheeses is Le Roulé Garlic & Herb Cheese. It has a distinctive green swirl of herbs and garlic with a melt-in-your-mouth, creamy texture – so delicious! It was first introduced in the French region of Loire by Fromagerie Triballat in the mid 1980s.
Use as a table cheese, spread on a baguette or crusty bread, serve with fresh fruit. Also an excellent ingredient for sauces and dips, quiches and pasta. Next time you grill steaks, try a little dab of this cheese on top – OH MY!
