When the temperature gets too hot to cook inside, we Southerners usually turn to our grills and there’s nothing better than a juicy steak cooked outside. I like my steak cooked on a smoking hot grill – 5 minutes on each side – PERFECT!
You may think making these 2 sauces is a lot of trouble. They are really quick and easy. Just give it a try – you’ll be impressed. You can also use this sauce on asparagus, baked potatoes and just about anything you want. Delicious!
- 1 cup of Hollandaise sauce (link to Hollandaise Sauce recipe)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried tarragon (or 6 teaspoons fresh tarragon chopped)
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
Mix together and pour over hot steaks.
