This is an oldie, but a goodie. Keep refrigerated. If making for an event, make this cake 1 0r 2 days prior.
1 box Yellow Cake mix
1/2 cup Oil
3/4 cup Orange Juice
2 can (16oz) Mandarin Oranges, drained
Beat first 4 ingredients, fold in oranges. Bake 350 until done – about 30 minutes. Bake in 3 or 4 layers for round cake. I like to bake in a 9×13 pan and only 2 layers for this size pan.
8 ounce Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple including the juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 small package Vanilla Instant Pudding.
Mix pineapple, sugar, and pudding then add that mixture to the cool whip. Add filling after each layer and then on top. Keep refrigerated.
