I know many of you Memphians have had this dip. Great for small gatherings and so easy to make. For best results, use a shallow baking dish.
3 – 8 ounce packages of Cream Cheese
1 large onion, chopped finely
1/2 cup mayannaise
2 cups Parmesan Cheese, grated
Bake 425 for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. I like to eat this dip with Fritos! This dip can be reheated . . . if you have any left over. If you refrigerate before cooking, bring to room tempature before you start the cooking process. Ashlie Lee shared this recipe with me years ago when we worked together at Right Management.
